Bio.
Yemi Mateola is a technology operator, founder, board and strategic advisor, executive coach, and speaker. Across thirty years, he has connected enterprise architecture, technology strategy, operating leadership, governance, and delivery inside global organizations. His background spans Fortune 100 technology programs, enterprise platform modernization, healthcare and financial services, and executive decisions. He leads Missio Systems, the AI strategy, management-system, governance, and implementation venture; Stratevora Technologies, focused on healthcare technology for rural and community hospitals; and Tech for Africa, where he serves as Chair. He is an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), holds CPHIMS, completed AI in Healthcare at Harvard Medical School, and earned an Executive MBA from UNCW. He designs and implements AI Management Systems using ISO/IEC 42001. He is co-author of Saving Rural Hospitals: The Transformation Playbook, forthcoming from Routledge, and Past President of SIM Research Triangle. His work connects strategy to operating disciplines across institutions, ventures, and leadership transitions.
