Bio.

Yemi Mateola is a technology executive, founder and advisor who connects business ambition, technology and people. His thirty years of experience include architecture and program leadership at Walt Disney World, Southwest Airlines, JCPenney and Vontier, alongside work in regulated healthcare and financial services systems. He is Founder, Stratevora Technologies, focused on healthcare intelligence for rural and community hospitals. He leads Missio Systems, connecting AI strategy, governance and implementation, and chairs Tech for Africa. His credentials include Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), CPHIMS and AI in Healthcare at Harvard Medical School. He earned an Executive MBA from UNCW Cameron School of Business and is Past President of SIM Research Triangle. He also advises, speaks, coaches and writes. His approach to leadership is grounded in service: listening carefully, developing people and helping teams succeed while keeping the mission in view. He helps organizations make consequential decisions and build the capability to deliver.
