Yemi Mateola is the founder and CEO of Stratevora Technologies, a vertical AI and SaaS company helping independent community and rural hospitals recover revenue and meet federal interoperability mandates. He spent thirty years inside Fortune 100 programs at Disney, Southwest Airlines, JCPenney, and Vontier, leading enterprise architecture and platform-stabilization work at scale. He chairs Tech for Africa, a diaspora-led initiative connecting enterprise-grade technology, mentorship, and capital to operators on the continent. He serves on a small number of boards by design, advises CEOs and founders on enterprise AI strategy and operating-model reshapes, and coaches senior leaders one-on-one and in small groups. He is co-authoring Saving Rural Hospitals: The Transformation Playbook for Routledge. A dual US/UK citizen, he holds CPHIMS, an Executive MBA from UNCW Cameron School of Business, and earlier degrees from Birkbeck, University of London and the University of Lagos.
