What I collect.

When you submit a form on this site (Advisory, Board, Coaching, Speaking, Expert Witness, the general contact form, or the Insights subscribe field), I collect the fields you fill in: typically name, email, organization, role, and a message or service-specific detail. I do not collect any other personal data.

How I use it.

Submissions arrive in my personal Gmail inbox as a notification email. I read them and reply directly. I do not share, sell, or syndicate submissions to third parties. I do not maintain a customer database or CRM tied to this site.

No tracking, no advertising cookies.

This site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no third-party tag managers. The site does set a small number of essential cookies required for form submission and security; none of these track you across sites.

No protected health information.

Do not send protected health information (PHI), patient data, or any regulated clinical detail through these forms. The forms are not a clinical or HIPAA-covered channel. If you have a clinical or compliance matter, route it through Stratevora Technologies or a dedicated counsel channel.

Email retention.

Submissions remain in my inbox under standard email retention. If you would like a submission deleted, email ymateola@ymplaces.com and I will remove it.
