What I collect.

When you submit a form on this site (Board and Strategic Advisory, AI Strategy and Governance, Coaching, Speaking, or the general contact form), I collect the fields you fill in: typically name, email, organization, role, and a message or service-specific detail. The hosting provider may also process request metadata such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security or server logs.

How I use it.

Submissions arrive in a Gmail inbox as a notification email. I use them to evaluate and respond to inquiries, maintain security, and keep necessary business records. I do not sell or syndicate submissions. The site does not write submissions to an application database, analytics service, or CRM.

Service providers and external links.

Vercel hosts and secures the site, and Google processes form-notification email. If you choose an external social, company, or media link, the relevant destination processes your visit under its own privacy terms. This site currently uses no advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, customer analytics, or scheduling embed.

No protected health information.

Do not send protected health information (PHI), patient data, or any regulated clinical detail through these forms. The forms are not a clinical or HIPAA-covered channel. If you have a clinical or compliance matter, route it through Stratevora Technologies or a dedicated counsel channel.

Retention and deletion.

Submissions remain in Gmail while needed to evaluate or respond to the inquiry, maintain security, or meet legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction, or deletion from the active mailbox, email ymateola@ymplaces.com. The request is handled manually. A request may be limited where retention is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes; provider logs and backups follow the provider's own retention lifecycle.
