Missio helps leaders determine what should ship, change, pause, or stop, then connects the decision to business outcomes, funding, architecture, governance, and an accountable implementation plan.
The management system.
The work includes AI Management Systems design and implementation using ISO/IEC 42001, with decision rights, risk tiers, human oversight, evidence, monitoring, escalation, and continual improvement.
The operating proof.
Missio designed and operates a role-separated agent work system with controlled handoffs, human approval points, traceable records, monitoring, and escalation. The public Missio site carries the services, knowledge base, diagnostics, and engagement route.
